Following the trend of a higher number of students getting high scores every year, this sees 1,95,799 students receiving above 90% scores. About 44,000 students have secured above 95% marks this year.
However, CBSE has decided to not declare a merit list to promote healthy competition among students. Instead, a merit certificate will be issued to the top 0.1% of students who have scored the highest marks in the subjects.
