Six people died in an accident on Balodabazar-raipur Highway on Monday morning. A pick-up van collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite direction.
All the deceased were in the pick-up van. They include five women and a child. The accident occurred under the jurisdiction of Palari police station. About 25 others were injured in the accident.
The injured have been shifted to a hospital.
