On the occasion of entering into its 25th year, Shuttlers Craze Sports Academy organised a special session for the badminton players on 29th May 2023 at Shuttlers Craze Sports Academy Badminton Hall, Koradi Naka, Mankapur, Nagpur, by Dr. Sahejleen Kaur Sports Physiotherapist.
During the event, she covered topics like Recovery in Sports, On/off-court Preventive Strategies, and Badminton related injuries in players. She also threw light on how to handle on-court injury, icing recovery formula, sleep patterns, the importance of physiotherapy in sports etc.
In the end, head coach Chetak Khedikar of Shuttlers Craze Sports Academy and Badminton World Federation Certified Coach CEP-SAI proposed the vote of thanks. Dr. Kaur’s significant input made the session extremely fruitful. He also suggested the players follow the tips given by Dr. Sahejleen. Players, parents and coaches attended the session.
