The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has announced that the JEE Advanced 2023 response sheets will be released today at 5 pm. Candidates who appeared for the JEE Advanced 2023 exam can check their response sheets on the official website of NTA JEE, jeeadv.ac.in. The exam was conducted on 4th June in two shifts – morning (9 am to 12 pm) and afternoon (2.30 to 5.30 pm).
To download the response sheets, candidates need to visit the JEE Advanced website, jeeadvanced.ac.in. On the homepage, they should click on “IIT JEE response sheets” and enter their required credentials. After submitting the details, candidates can check and download their response sheets for future reference.
Following the release of the response sheets, IIT will also publish the provisional answer key on 11th June. Candidates will have the opportunity to provide feedback and comments on the answer key until 12th June. The JEE Advanced 2023 results are scheduled to be announced on 18th June.
JEE-Main serves as a prerequisite for JEE-Advanced and is conducted for admission into engineering colleges across the country. Approximately the top 2.5 lakh candidates from JEE Main are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance test. To be eligible for JEE Advanced 2023, candidates must have appeared in the 12th class examinations during the academic session of 2022 or 2023, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their compulsory subjects. It is important to note that candidates should not have previously enrolled in an IIT, regardless of whether they completed the course or accepted a seat by reporting online.
The JEE Advanced exam is administered by one of the seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs): IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, and IIT Roorkee, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. The entire process is overseen by the Joint Admission Board (JAB).
