Nagpur Municipal Corporation has proposed to plant trees, build parking spaces, cycling and walking tracks on the road from VNIT-Kachipura. The change will be made as a part of the 21-crore worth Healthy Street project proposed by NMC.
One side of the road is about 8.5 meters wide. As per the proposal, 1.5 meter wide cycle track will be constructed here. To improve the green cover, plantation will be done along the footpath. In addition, seats will be installed along the walls of the Agriculture college for the convenience of walkers and cyclists.
