To tackle the issue, Mr. Aashutosh Srivastava, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Central Railways, Nagpur Division, has launched a 24-hour helpline centre. Customers can reach out to the centre at 7410089009 for assistance regarding parcel services.
The Parcel Assistance Center offers valuable information such as parcel booking procedures, confirmation of loading, train details for parcel transportation, and updates on parcel delivery. By establishing this centre, the authorities aim to provide customers with accurate and timely information, ensuring efficient resolution of their concerns.
