Tributes will be paid to the tribal leader and former minister Baburao Madavi on his death anniversary on June 16.
A programme has been organised by Vidarbha Adiwasi Vikas Parishad to mark the occasion at the Meeting Hall of MLA Hostel, Civil Lines, at 12 noon on June 16. Former Deputy Mayor Krishnarao Parteki will preside over. Ravindra Thakre, Additional Commissioner of Tribal Development; Ujjwal Dabe, SWuperintending Engineer, PWD; D H Kumbhre, Child Development Officer and Rahul Masram, Deputy Chairman, Bhiwapur Panchayat Samiti will be the guests of honour.
