In a shocking incident, some thieves attacked passengers on a Vidarbha Travels bus travelling from Nagpur to Mumbai with stones in an attempt to rob them. Around 2:30 am on Sunday, the event happened on Samruddhi Motorway close to Karajna Town.
A passenger on the bus was seriously injured when the robbers tried to rob the bus. Notably, Samruddhi Expressway is considered very important to cover the distance from Nagpur to Mumbai in less time. Even as effective measures are being taken to control the incidents of accidents on the Samruddhi Expressway, now there is an atmosphere of fear among the commuters due to robbery attempts by some robbers.
