President Draupadi Murmu will inaugurate the Ramayana Cultural Center established by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan at Koradi in Nagpur city tomorrow.
Ramayana Cultural Centre, has been presented in an attractive way in pictorial form. The center is built in South Indian style on a three acre site. It is a two storied building. On the first floor scenes from the epic Ramayana are arranged in the form of various pictures. From Maharishi to Tulsidas’s writing of Ramayana to the original story of Ramayana, a total of 108 paintings are presented in this gallery.
Information will be available in Hindi, English and Marathi to understand the events and personalities in the pictures. The interior decoration is similar to the palace and the color scheme, sound system and lighting scheme are similar.
On the second floor of the building, a picture gallery has been created based on the contribution of revolutionaries in Indian independence.
