WTF Cafe & Lounge in front of G S College of Commerce & Economics at Gorepeth raided by Crime Branch personnel attached to Unit-II.
Police seized 12 hookah pots, 12 pipes, packets of flavoured tobacco and other material from the cafe.
Cops took the cafe owner, Ashkumar Ashok Kumar Chhatri (27), a resident of Flat No 202, New Galaxy Apartment Gokul Society, Gorewada Road, into custody.
A case under Sections 4 (21), 5(21) of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, has been registered against the cafe owner at Sitabuldi Police Station.
