CREDAI NAGPUR METRO ORGANIZED A FULL DAY KNOWLEDGE SESSION
Full day knowledge sharing session was organized by CREDAI Nagpur Metro. The session was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Shantilal Kataria, EC Member of CREDAI National, Shri Akhil Agrawal, Convener of CREDAI Maharashtra RERA Committee, CA Ritesh Mehta, GST expert from Nagpur itself, Vice President CREDAI Maharashtra Shri Mahesh Sadhwani in the presence of dignatries of CREDAI Nagpur Metro President Shri Gaurav Agarwala, IPP Shri Vijay Dargan, General Secretary Shri Ekalawaya Wasekar, Treasurer Shri Ashish Londhe, along with the senior members of Shri Prashant Sarode, Shri Santdas Chawla, Shri Sunil Duddalwar and Shri Shishir Diote.
The session started with the most important topic Simplifying RERA, Understanding the defect liability clause of 5 years and Customer Complaints. Shri Akhil Agrawal from Pune has taken the session and shared common mistakes which should be avoided to get timely MahaRERA registration. He also briefed all the new circulars issued byauthorities and for what reasons.
CA Ritesh Mehta who is a GST expert from Nagpur itself shared what GST after 6 years. In 6 years what GST has achieved and current challenges after 6 years from GST regime started. It was a very knowledge sharing sessions where many queries of builders and developers were got answered by the expert.
Shri Shantilal Ji Kataria renowned builder from Pune who has a substantial contribution in the skyline of Pune and also an active member of CREDAI Pune, CREDAI Maharashtra and National team. He guided what CREDAI Nagpur should do for members. He shared his vision about the Nagpur City which is a logistic hub, education city and medical city centrally located. Growth of the city depends on the social infrastructure which attracts education, investment, multinationalcompanies. he also said that currently we as Nagpurians are the luckiest as we are under the shadow of most visionary leaders Shri Nitin Ji Gadkari and Shri Devendra Ji Fadnavis. Ease of doing business along with RERA has brought confidence in purchasers.
President Gaurav Agarwala concluded the session thanked Shri Akhil Agrawal & CA Ritesh Mehta who have solved queries of members who have attended the session and for Shri Shantilal Kataria ji who has given us so much which can’t be summarized in two minutes. Members should have gained the knowledge which they need to think and implement to grow their business.
The workshop was attended by more than 200 members including other city chapters Gondia, Bhandara, Chandrapur, Amravati. The event was concluded with the vote of thanks by Secretary Ekalwaya Wasekar; and it was successfully conducted by Convener Hemal Nadiyana, Vinod Kubde and their team.
