The Maharashtra government is inviting proposals from organizations to manage a center for women’s counseling that will offer support, safety, and assistance in putting an end to violence against women and children. A counseling center would be established at Umred Police Station.
Institutions submitting entries must be registered under the Bombay Public Trustee Act of 1950 and the Societies Registration Act of 1860, and they must have been working in the field of women’s and children’s development for three years. Additionally, it must provide bank statements, audit reports, and other necessary information as directed by the relevant government.
