Newly appointed Additional Commissioner of Nagpur Municipal Corporation Aanchal Sood Goyal took charge on Monday. Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Dr Abhijit Choudhari welcomed her.
Aanchal Sood Goyal is a 2014 batch IAS officer. She obtained a BE (Electronics) degree from Chandigarh. Before coming to Nagpur, she was the Collector of Parbhani. Prior to this, she worked as Assistant Secretary in the Department of Petroleum, Natural Gas, Central Government. She worked as an Additional Collector and Tribal Project Officer in Palghar. She also worked as Assistant Director in Ratnagiri, she was also as Chief Executive Officer of State Film, Cultural Development Department Corporation.
