Dr Rohit Gupta, Assistant Professor at Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy, Besa,
Nagpur has achieved an extraordinary academic milestone by obtaining a Doctor of
Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the prestigious University of Cambridge. Dr Gupta has
achieved this remarkable achievement due to his unwavering dedication, perseverance
and intellectual brilliance in his academic journey. Dr Gupta has accepted the prestigious
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in 2018. It was fully funded by the prestigious
Cambridge Trust named Shri Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India.
Dr Gupta has demonstrated his excellence through tireless efforts. The research project
undertaken by Dr Gupta was supported by leading UK pharmaceutical industries, namely
SoseiHeptares and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) have significantly contributed to his work.
Dr Gupta worked as an Assistant Professor at Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy,
Besa, Nagpur since 2009. Dr Gupta dedicated eight precious years of his life to this
organization to guide and inspire the next generation of scholars.
Dr Gupta has shown unparalleled commitment and passion for his chosen field,
immersing himself in cutting-edge research at Cambridge University. His work focuses on
pain management in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Irritable Bowel
Syndrome (IBS). Dr Gupta has authored research papers, published in reputed journals
and presented at conferences. He has won accolades for his innovative insights in his
research. He has been awarded with Ph.D. degree from Cambridge University. It
represents the culmination of tireless efforts and marks the beginning of a promising
career as a thinker and innovator. Dr Gupta plans to serve the community by tackling
complex medical challenges and finding innovative solutions in the field of pharmaceutical
research.
