The Sessions Court has rejected anticipatory bail to CA Anup Sagdeo, an accused in the 24 crore misappropriation case. Judge NS Kulkarni took this decision. Sitabuldi police registered an FIR against Sagdeo under sections 406 and 420 of IPC on the basis of a complaint lodged by a retired Head of Department of a college Kishor Waghmare (71). Waghmare was managing Ankur Logistic Company appointed a firm of the father of Anup for maintaining accounts of the company.
