the world, presents a significant need for primary eye care. With a $1.4 billion eyecare industry in the
country, there is tremendous scope for employment in this sector. Graduates can work in retail
optometry stores and other eye care-related fields. Job titles may include Vision Technician, Vision
Consultant, Eye Technician, and Optometrist Assistant. Major companies such as Lenskart, Titan Eye
Plus, all about Vision, Eye My Eye, and Ray-Ban have a demand for vision technicians, providing ample
job opportunities.
