Sarvesh Gawande, a class 10th student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Vayusena Nagar, brought laurels to the school as he got selected for National level Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghatan Badminton Championship 2023.
Sarvesh cleared two stages at the cluster level badminton tournament at Kendriya Vidyalaya, kamptee. He then got his selection in Under-17 age category after Winning the Championship, Regional level KVS Badminton Championship 2023 at KV Ganeshkhind, Pune.
Sarvesh is getting trained under tha coach Somesh Lanjewar at NMC Vivekanand nagar. The dates of the tournament are yet to be declared.
