Celebrity chef Vishnu Manohar in the field of food and cuisine will set a new world record for cooking for 101 consecutive hours. He will set this record in San Francisco, USA. He will send the material required for this to America in the first week of June 2024.
This world record will be dedicated to American Marathi people in order to increase the importance of vegetarianism, and to make Marathi recipes known to Americans as well as foreigners. Vishnu Manohar informed that the money obtained from this will be given to various social work organizations and organizations working with dedicated spirit in Maharashtra. He said that 1,500 vegetarian dishes will be prepared under this world record.
Interestingly, Vishnu Manohar had previously set a record of 53 hours of non-stop cooking in 2018. He thereby broke Benjamin Perry’s record of cooking for 40 consecutive hours. Lata Tandon from Riva, Madhya Pradesh had set a record of 87 consecutive hours. Then Kenya’s Mahia Mohammed broke Riva Tandon’s record by breaking the record of 92 hours and 11 minutes in a row.
