The pollution level in Nagpur city was recorded at 214 AQI on Thursday evening. November 2, was the most polluted day in this season, Chandrapur is considered to be the most polluted city of the state, the pollution level was recorded at 141 AQI.
The level of pollution in metros and other cities is also reaching dangerous levels. According to data released by the Central Pollution Control Board, the Nagpur city pollution level was recorded at 214 AQI at 4 pm. However, a decrease in pollution was observed as the night approached. It fell to 152 at 8 pm. Even though there was a decline in the air quality, the city’s air quality remained in the poor category.
