Gadchiroli-Chimur MP Ashok Nete met with an accident near Vihirgaon. Although the car was slightly damaged, no one was injured. Ashok Nete said that he is safe.
After reaching Nagpur from Mumbai around 12.15 pm, Nete left for Gadchiroli in his vehicle (MH 33, AA 9990) in the morning. Around 10.20 am, the truck in front took a sudden turn near Vihirgaon on Umred Road, the driver of Nete, who was trying to overtake the truck, immediately braked without losing control of the vehicle. But in that attempt, a corner of the truck was lightly hit from behind.
After this, Mr. Nete left for Gadchiroli in another vehicle. After reaching Gadchiroli, he also left for the planned tour of his constituency. Meanwhile, as soon as they got the information about this accident, many people called Nete and inquired about his condition.
