Training & Placement Cell of Dadasaheb Balpande College Pharmacy, Besa, Nagpur has successfully conducted Pool Campus Recruitment Drive which was organized on 05th November 2023 in association with Rusan Pharma, Mumbai one of the leading company in international market. The drive was conducted to hire candidates in pharmaceutical industry for the post like Formulation R & D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Laboratory, Quality control and Production etc. There was tremendous enthusiasm and zeal among the participants.
As much as 322 candidate have participated in this drive from various regions from central India including Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana. Dr. Vimal Teja, Vice President, Quantys Laboratories, Ahmedabad has addressed the inaugural gathering highlighted the major skills to be acquired by the candidates to flourish the career in Pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Prashant Thakare, Head, Corporate HR and Admin, Rusan Pharma has brief about journey of Rusan pharma and future prospects to become an emerging giants in Pharma Market.
Total 25 candidates have been hired for various posts during this drive. This drive was coordinated by Dr. Nilesh Mahajan, Professor, DBCOP and Dr. Amol Warokar, Secretory, T & P, DBCOP and well supported by Mr. Nilesh Thakkar, Head, Corporate HR & Admin, Rusan Pharma, Mumbai and Mr. Vikrant Pawar, Sr. Manager HR, Rusan Pharma Mumbai. The coordinator of the event have express gratitude to Shri Manoj Balpande, President, Ambe Durga Education Society, Nagpur, and Dr. Ujwala Mahajan, Principal, Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy for providing encouragement, motivation and facilities.
