The Dragon Palace Festival is being organized on November 27-28 on the occasion of the Kartik Poornima. the two-day Festival includes religious, social and cultural events.
A special Buddha Vandana and Dhammadesana will be held at the Dragon Palace Festival on November 27 at 10 am in the presence of Bhadanta Nichiyu (Kansen) Mochida, head of the International Buddhist Fellowship Association and Nichiren-shu Sonenji Vihara in Japan. the festival will be inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on November 27 at 1.30 pm. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Forest and Cultural Affairs Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar will be the main presence on this occasion. there will be a program of songs by Indian Idol fame Rahul Saxena, Saregama fame Rahul Bhosle.
