Four students were injured in accident at Dighori toll booth on Umered Road. The incident took place on Saturday Morning.
A health camp was organized in Bhivapur on Saturday morning under Ayushman Bhava campaign. For this camp seven senior resident doctors from Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Hospital (Mayo) were put on duty. Two vehicles were arranged from the office of the Civil Surgeon for transportation.
When the Innova came to the Dighori toll booth on Umred Road, the driver hit a standing autorickshaw. This caused the autorickshaw to overturn. at the same time, a tipper coming from behind braked. in this accident all five doctors from the Innova survived. But four students were injured when the auto overturned. People around came running after this incident. They beat up the Innova driver. seeing the growing anger among the people, all the five doctors fled from there.
