The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a thunderstorm and lightning warning for the city on November 26 and 27, with no or trace rainfall expected.
Cloudy weather will remain in and around the city for some time, causing the minimum temperature to rise by 1-2 degrees Celsius.
Like Nagpur, other parts of Vidarbha-Wardha, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, and Yavatmal will also witness thunderstorms and lighting on November 27.
On Saturday, Chandrapur recorded the lowest maximum temperature with 29.0 degrees Celsius followed by Gondia (29.7 degrees Celsius).
Other parts of Vidarbha including Nagpur recorded maximum temperature above 30 degrees Celsius. However, Gondia recorded the lowest minimum temperature with 15.4 degrees Celsius followed by Washim (15.8 degrees Celsius). Whereas, other places were above 17.0 degrees Celsius.
