IndiGo passenger experienced an unexpected situation during boarding on a flight from Pune to Nagpur when he found a seat without cushions.
“An incident on lflight 6E 6798 from Pune-Nagpur on November 26, 2023, ground staff noticed an unclean seat, which was promptly replaced. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe, hassle-free experience, & regrets any inconvenience caused to customers” Said indigo in press Statement.
