Mihan India Limited management has taken cognizance of the increasing complaints from passengers on the issue of over charging by cab operators at Nagpur Airport.
The management took this issue seriously and investigated the matter. Investigation revealed that some cab drivers were charging passengers unreasonably high fees in the name of parking charges, which was already paid by the passengers while booking through the app.
The management of Mihan India Limited discussed with the top executives of major radio cab operators like Ola and Uber and to stop the cab drivers from charging more fare from the passengers, the management started a campaign in which all Cab operators have been asked to appoint supervisors at the Nagpur Airport premises.
The organization has also put up notice boards at prominent places to alert the passengers and protect them from such unwanted harassment. These efforts have resulted in a significant reduction in complaints.
Mihan India Limited has urged passengers to be wary of such touts and drivers and not to make extra payments. The management has requested that passengers ensure that their cabs are booked through the authorized app or cab booking counter at the airport.
