Discussing the figures, Akhilesh Halve, Deputy General Manager – Corporate Communications at Maha Metro Nagpur, mentioned, “over the period, Maha Metro Nagpur ridership graph has witnessed a steady growth. As we intensify our efforts to provide last and first mile connectivity to our commuters, these figures would certainly go up. We urge citizens to use Metro services for not just speedy, safe and comfortable transportation, but also to contribute towards reducing carbon footprint,” he added.
