An official of Khadi and Industries Village Commission has been arrested by the CBI for accepting a bribe of Rs 15 thousand. The arrested officer has been identified as Sahil Sudhir Thakur.
He demanded a bribe of Rs 45,000 from the complainant while threatening to conduct a negative inspection. The complainant informed the CBI about this. CBI laid a trap and took this action.
