Lakadganj Police has detained many women who are engaged in prostitution business in red light area Ganga-Jamuna. The search lasted for about four hours on Friday. Police have also rescued a minor girl from this place.
The police had received information that procuring prostitution from minor girls in Ganga Jamuna. Based on that, the police set a trap and took this action.
The police checked several rooms and basements. The accused who have been detained by the police have been brought to Lakadganj police station and a case is being registered.
