In a bid to enhance service reliability, Orange City Water (OCW) and Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) have jointly scheduled a 10-hour shutdown for the replacement of a 300 mm diameter Electromagnetic Flow (EMF) meter on the GH-Chaoni line at Governor House MBR premises. The planned maintenance is set to occur on January 18, 2024, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
During this maintenance period, residents in the following areas will experience a temporary disruption in water supply: Police line quarters Katol road, Vijay Nagar, Mental hospital, Fire Engineering college, and MOIL office Chaoni. There will be no water supply in the afore mentioned areas during the specified timeframe. Additionally, the water tanker service will be temporarily unavailable. Residents are urged to make necessary arrangements and cooperate with authorities during this essential infrastructure improvement. OCW and NMC appreciate the understanding and cooperation of the affected areas as they strive to enhance the water supply system’s efficiency and reliability.
