A financial dispute within the property business escalated into a heinous murder on Sunday afternoon as a property dealer was brutally stabbed to death in a moving Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) by his business partner and two accomplices on Umred Road near Champa village. Aditya alias Vinod alias Gotu Ashok Bondre, a 35-year-old property dealer and owner of Yashasvi Land Developers, was brutally stabbed to death by his business partner, Sachin Parasram Pendharkar (33), and two accomplices, identified as Roshan Manwatkar and an unidentified person.
Tensions boiled over on Saturday, leading to a deadly plot. Sachin, in an alleged murder plan, persuaded Aditya to inspect farmland on Umred Road on Sunday. Claiming car trouble, Sachin asked Aditya to bring his SUV. They, along with two accomplices, boarded the vehicle. The trio attacked Aditya in the Champa area, leaving him fatally wounded. The assailants fled, leaving Aditya’s driver, Satish, to rush him to the hospital, where he was declared dead. Kuhi Police initiated an investigation, registering a case under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident underscores the tragic consequences of unresolved disputes.
Sachin and Roshan, armed with a knife, attacked Aditya, threatening Satish when he tried to intervene, according to the police. After multiple stabbings, the assailants fled on foot. Satish hurriedly took the severely wounded Aditya to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The attackers escaped to Pachgaon, evading capture. Kuhi Police station and Local Crime Branch officials initiated an investigation, filing a case under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
