Delhi Public School MIHAN stood adorned in the colours of patriotism and cultural diversity as it celebrated the 75th Republic Day with grandeur and pride. The distinguished occasion was graced by the presence of Lt Colonel Ran Vijay Singh Retd. PMJF, who honoured the event as the esteemed Chief Guest and unfurled the Indian Tricolour.

The program showcased a Patriotic Poem recitation, patriotic song and a speech on the significance of the day, emphasizing the importance of unity, diversity, and the sacrifices made by the nation’s heroes to attain freedom.
The highlight of the celebration was the Republic Day Parade, where students marched with precision and discipline, showcasing their respect for the national flag and the unity that binds the diverse fabric of the nation.Adding a cultural touch to the festivities, students from different houses enthralled the audience with captivating folk dance performances in Inter-House Dance Competition that was judged by Ms. Awanti Bhondwe & Ms. Megha Parate. The rhythmic beats of Ghoomar, the energetic vibes of Bhangra, vibrant rhythms of Ghondhal, and the graceful moves of Bengali folk dance showcased the rich cultural tapestry of India. Ms. Dhwani Pradhan and Mast. Arsh Deoghare anchored the proceedings of the entire programme.
