The Nagpur Traffic Police has took strict action against those who violate traffic rules on the Republic Day. Police have seized 68 racer and bullet bikes from different parts of the city.
Commissioner of Police Amitesh Kumar had issued instructions for strict action against traffic violators on Republic Day. Accordingly, Police checked the vehicles by blocking many intersections. The police have taken punitive action against speeding, causing noise pollution by horn, driving without helmet, carrying more than the capacity of the vehicle. Police also seized 68 racer and bullet bikes from diffrent parts of the city.
