Max Healthcare Institute has completed the acquisition of Alexis Multi-Speciality Hospital Private Limited (Alexis) for an Enterprise Value of Rs 412 crores. The hospital, situated in Mankapur, North of Nagpur, boasts 200 beds and is accredited by JCI. With a built-up area of approximately 2.25 Lakh sq ft spread over G+6 floors and a basement, it offers comprehensive healthcare services including Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Transplants, and related diagnostics. Equipped with state-of-the-art biomedical equipment such as Varian True Beam LINAC, 128 Slice CT Scan, and 3 Tesla MRI, it ensures advanced medical care.
The hospital has potential for expanding its bed capacity to around 340 beds, and plans are underway to enhance medical programs, particularly in surgical specialties like CTVS, Urology, Oncology, and Neurosciences. Currently, the hospital’s revenue and EBITDA stand at approximately Rs 150 crore and Rs 25 crore, respectively.

The share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Alexis Multi-Speciality Hospital Private Limited is currently being finalized and will be completed without delay.
