Central Railway has earned Rs 417.31 crore from coal transportation in just one month. Apart from this, the railway administration got huge money by transporting other materials and goods.
In the month of January 2024, Central Railway transported as many as 1015 racks of coal. From this, the Railways got a staggering revenue of Rs 417.31 crore. Last year in the same month, the Central Railway had earned Rs 397.28 crore by loading 984 racks of coal. Compared to that, this year’s January earnings are 5 percent higher.
