Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation has started sharing auto rickshaw services at Dosar Vaishva Bhavan station and Prajapati Nagar station. Mahametro Director (Strategic Planning) Anil Kokate, General Manager Sudhakar Urade, Assistant RTO Ravindra Bhuyar and Tushar Hatwar, President of Autorickshaw Union Jeevan Taywade, Vilas Bhalekar and others flagged off the services.
Under the First mile and Last mile connectivity services project the first services of this kind were started at Kasturchand Park. The services have been started at three stations. Efforts are being made to provide the services at other metro stations.
