The Bengali Cultural Society and Katol Road Sarbajanin Durga Puja Committee are collaboratively hosting the annual cultural event ‘Sangeet Sandhya 2024’ on February 23 at Dr. Vasantrao Deshpande Hall in Civil Lines. The cultural event will start at 8 pm and promises an evening filled with cultural delights. ‘Sangeet Sandhya’ holds a distinguished status among Nagpur’s Bengali community, providing a platform to revel in the city’s diverse musical heritage and promote cultural unity.
Ankita Bhattacharya and her team will present mesmerizing musical treat during this programme. Ankita is renowned for her captivating stage presence and versatile vocal prowess. Having embarked on her musical odyssey since childhood, she has performed in different prestigious competitions and events world-wide. Notable among her achievements are her stellar performances in ‘Dil Hai Hindustani’, ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs’, and ultimately clinching the championship title in ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2018’ on esteemed Zee Bangla Network. The organising team appealed people to participate in large numbers.
