The class 12 examination commenced on Wednesday, with students expressing that while the first paper on English language was manageable, it was overly lengthy, leaving the additional 10 minutes provided insufficient.
Despite students’ general apprehension towards all subjects during exams, this time, it appears they were particularly surprised by the difficulty of the initial exam. It’s commonly thought that Science students encounter fewer challenges with the subject compared to their peers in Arts and Commerce streams. For those with swift writing skills, the English exam posed no significant issues, but slower writers struggled considerably.
Some students said that the first question, which was an essay, consumed a lot of time. Many students even said that the last question based on a novel was a bit exhausting.
A lot of these students said if they had more time, they could have attempted all the questions. Some even said that they at- tempted many questions in the last half an hour.
Total 66,445 students from Nagpur district are appearing for the exam this year, including 39,834 students from urban areas and 26,279 students from rural areas. The examina- tion will be conducted at 85 centres in the city and 83 centres in rural areas
