Stipend raised by Rs 6,000
The Resident Doctors of NKP Salve Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre have withdrawn their strike following a hike in their stipend.
The college management had raised their stipend by Rs 6,000. The strike was withdrawn on the eighth day, informs the Resident Doctors’ union.
