Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has sent a legal notice to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Jairam Ramesh for misleading people by alleged tampering with his statements.
Gadkari had recently given an interview to an online broadcasting news channel. Gadkari has alleged that some parts of his interview were distorted on the official X handles of Congress and people were misled.
Gadkari, through his lawyer Balendu Shekhar, sent a legal notice to the National President of the Congress and the head of the Communication Department, asking them to remove the allegedly doctored video within 24 hours. Gadkari also demanded written apology in to Kharge and Jairam Ramesh.

In response to Congress video, Gadkari posted the 50-second video on his official X handle and wrote, “INC India’s lie in the name of Nitin Gadkari.”
