Goa-based regional airline FLY91 announced on Wednesday that it has been granted the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Having fulfilled all compliance requirements, the carrier is poised to commence commercial operations imminently, as stated in a press release.
