The Maharashtra government has approved Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s (NMC) lease of an 18.35-hectare plot of land in Bhandewadi for the establishment of a prestigious educational institute.
NMC has submitted a proposal to the Urban Development Department (UDD) declaring its intention to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Vile Parle Kelvani Mandal, Mumbai, a major education institution in the metropolis.
According to NMC’s plan the land parcel is going to be supplied to Vile Parle on lease for 30 years.
