The Nagpur Crime Branch’s Social Security Branch (SSB) on Tuesday seized 105 grams of MD drugs from a local hotel and apprehended seven individuals. This operation followed confidential information received by SSB agents. Police sources indicate that the MD drugs were transported into the city from Mumbai. Allegedly, the peddlers were distributing the drugs at a local hotel. Acting on the tip-off, law enforcement conducted a raid at the hotel and arrested the seven accused engaged in distributing the MD drugs.
All suspects involved have been arrested, and charges under the NDPS Act have been filed against them. Further investigations are currently underway.
