A recent occurrence at a Bank of India branch in Nagpur led to a discussion on social media over discrimination and dress codes after a man was refused entry for wearing shorts.
The video shows the man arguing with a security guard, allegedly to demonstrate the guard’s refusal to let him in because of his clothes.

The incident happened when the Nagpur man tried to enter the bank to do some money transfers. He attempted to enter the bank but was stopped by security guards who pointed out that visitors must wear full-length trousers according to the bank’s dress code. The man, who had never encountered such limitations at other locations, expressed his shock and annoyance, saying he was unaware of the policy.
