During a safari in the Navegaon zone of Tadoba, the king of the Tadoba Jungle, Chhota Matka, gave tourists a spectacular sighting.
After being injured in continuous territorial fights to secure his dominance over the Tadoba Jungle, the king Chhota Matka is now fully healthy after 3-4 months and has embarked on a territorial marking journey to re-establish his kingdom.
His captivating photographs and videos during this jungle tour were captured by Deccan Drifts’ head and wildlife researcher Piyush Akare, accompanied by Kedar Desai and Aru Desai from Mumbai.
Chhota Matka is now the largest tiger in the entire Tadoba Sanctuary, with three queens named Bhanuskhandi, Zarani, and Babli, each with three cubs.
Tourists from all over India and around the world are flocking to catch a glimpse of Chhota Matka.
