Nagpur continued experiencing scorching heat as the mercury soared to 45.4°C on June 1.
Brahmapuri and Wardha recorded even higher temperatures, reaching 46.5°C and 46.0°C, respectively.
Chandrapur wasn’t far behind, registering a high of 45.0°C. While Buldana reported a relatively lower temperature compared to other regions at 38.8°C. Amravati recorded 44.6 °C and Bhandara 44.4 °C.
Authorities issued advisories, urging residents to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, and take necessary precautions against heat-related illnesses.
