MKSSS SitabaiNargundkar College of Nursing for Women, Nagpur with the collaboration of NCCIP, AICTE organized a three-day introductory faculty development program on Universal Human Values (UHV) from June 17 to June 19, 2024. The program had 64 participants and was led by Ms. Aprajita Singh, Mumbai as a Resource Person cum speaker along with Ms. Monika R. Seth as the co-facilitator and Dr. Hema Kale as the observer. Shri Shrikantji Gadge, LMC Member also took the session over Indian culture & values. The sessions were easy to understand and covered topics such as human values, effective communication, right understanding, relationships, physical facilities, self-exploration, self-realization, and competence.
In the Valedictory program, the member of local management committee of Maharishi Karve Women’s Education Institute Shri. Shrikant Gadge, Mr. Shrikant Chitale and Principal of the college Dr. Rupa Verma was the main presence. Faculty as well as non-teaching staff shared their feedback on the curriculum and its subjects, its impact on their lives and made suggestions for the future. The three day report of FDP was presented by Ass.Professor Akshay Sadanshiv. Ms. Takshasheela Meshram, Prof. Samishka Nagdeve and Pooja Bhagat moderated the program while Ms. Shilpa Bombarde gave vote of thanks.
