Two students of Delhi Public School Mihan brought laurels to the school when they achieved Rank 1 at the National Level in the International Olympiads of Maths and Science respectively. Ms. Divyanjali Dipak Desale of Grade III topped at the National level and qualified for the second level in the prestigious Mathematical Kangaroo International Mathematics competition for 2023-24 that is conducted in 92 different countries.
The competition tests not only the knowledge of formulas but also the logical combination of concepts that mainly demand computational skills, logical reasoning, and other problem–solving strategies along with creativity for spatial reasoning. Also, Mst. Ridhiman Samraj of Grade II secured Rank 1 at the National Level for his excellent performance in the International Science Olympiad which tests the scientific reasoning and logical ability in the field of science.
Both the students were congratulated by the President and Pro- Vice Chairperson Ms.Tulika Kedia and the Director Ms.Savita Jaiswal for their spectacular performance. They also appreciated the efforts taken by the teachers for encouraging and guiding the students to participate and excel in competitive exams both at the National and International levels.
