With the onset of the monsoon season, the deteriorating state of Nagpur’s Morbhavan bus stand has become apparent, marked by significant water accumulation and muddy conditions across the station.
Situated in the central Sitabuldi area, the ST bus stand experiences heavy footfall from passengers and students alike. However, inadequate drainage leads to frequent waterlogging during the monsoon season. Despite this recurring issue, the local administration has not taken steps to resolve it.
Water fills up small and large potholes, creating puddles and spreading mud around the bus stand area. This situation causes significant inconvenience for passengers. The widespread mud makes it difficult for commuters and move around easily.
Commuters are hopeful that authorities will address these issues promptly to ensure smoother and safer travel conditions during the monsoon season.
