The 57th Foundation Day of the Government Dental College and Hospital, Nagpur, on July 12 was marked with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to social service. The celebration commenced with the inauguration of a blood donation camp organized by the NSS unit in memory of Dr. Hussain Hafiji.
The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Vivek Pakhamode, Joint Director of DMER Mumbai, as the chief guest, along with Dr. Abhay Datarakar, Dean, Dr. Vandana Gadve, NSS in-charge, Dr. Prajakta, and the in-charge of GMC Blood Bank. The program was hosted by NSS volunteer Kashak Jain, while Akshada Ghugal delivered the vote of thanks.
The successful execution of the event was attributed to the efforts of Dr. Pallavi Sonpimple, Dr. Akshay Dhoble, Dr. Shubha Hegde, Dr. Deepak Khade, Dr. Vinay Datta, and all NSS volunteers.
